What my clients are saying…
“I wanted to express my gratitude and happiness since my sessions with you, and thank you for the extra meeting you gave me when I had the jitters! In fact that last meeting was almost the most important of them all as it gave me a much deeper understanding of my own well-being and, using the tools you taught me, adjusting myself accordingly day to day, week to week and month to month. I realised then that it isn’t a straight course and then the education’s complete, it’s an ongoing process. I’ve always understood that to keep physically fit you need to train the muscles/heart etc. but it only just struck me that the brain is a muscle too, the most important one, and it constantly/periodically needs strengthening.
Aspects of me that i found hard to control previously i feel are fully in check now, and while the little devil man still pops over the shoulder every now and again I am so much better equipped to deal with it and am in a position where I mostly just smile it away :-) How good is that!
In short you can count me as a success story and I’m almost grateful to go through all the trouble in the first place as the whole process has made me stronger equipped to deal with more than the original problem, and I probably wouldn’t have made a fuss otherwise.
Many thanks and my strongest gratitude, I would recommend that education to anyone, because I really think anyone in any various states of mind would benefit.”
